So... I've now had 5 of Christopher's pieces. The photo is of my latest addition. I found the website pretty much by accident last October and ordered my first 2 pieces of artwork.
Since then I have developed a mild addiction! So much so that I've found myself finding new spaces or replacing other pieces that I used to be perfectly happy with!
The metal wall art is stunning and photos cannot possibly do them justice as to how they look in your room. The way the light moves and shifts on them throughout the day or just as you move around and look at them from different angles is fascinating!
Everyone who comes in the house comments on them.
Christopher is an absolute pleasure to communicate with and I already have a plan in my head for another 3 items as funds allow, including one of the new sculptures which look amazing!

This piece was inspired by the concept of movement. Whether it’s the force of wind, the flow of water, or the energy of sound, I wanted to capture the feeling of something constantly shifting, alive with energy. The textures and colours reflect this dynamic, ever-changing motion.

What Is Your Most Important Artist Tool?

My most important tools are my hands and heat techniques. The ability to manipulate metal, to engrave, etch, and colour it, is where the magic happens. Heat transforms metal into something more—adding depth, texture, and life to the piece.

Is There an Element of Art You Enjoy Working with Most?

Texture is my favourite element. The way metal interacts with light and shadows fascinates me. I enjoy the contrast of smooth, polished surfaces against more rugged, raw textures—it adds a sense of movement and drama to the piece.

How Did You Start Making Art?

I started with a background in engineering and fabrication, which naturally led me to metal. In 2010, I began creating functional art with metal clocks, then transitioned into larger, more abstract pieces by 2018. Combining my technical skills with a creative vision allowed me to explore the artistic possibilities of metal.
