This piece was inspired by the concept of movement. Whether it’s the force of wind, the flow of water, or the energy of sound, I wanted to capture the feeling of something constantly shifting, alive with energy. The textures and colours reflect this dynamic, ever-changing motion.

What Is Your Most Important Artist Tool?

My most important tools are my hands and heat techniques. The ability to manipulate metal, to engrave, etch, and colour it, is where the magic happens. Heat transforms metal into something more—adding depth, texture, and life to the piece.

Texture is my favourite element. The way metal interacts with light and shadows fascinates me. I enjoy the contrast of smooth, polished surfaces against more rugged, raw textures—it adds a sense of movement and drama to the piece.
