Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We only accepted returns if these items arrive damaged and the package has been opened and checked within 14 days.

We can't accept returns for custom orders or if the customer chooses the wrong size, colour or if it doesn't suit there decor. Information on our products is clearly provided in the description. It's at the buyers descripence to make the correct decision on purchase.

You must contact us within 14 days of package delivery for any returns to be considered. Your item must be then sent back within 30 days for a refund or exchange to be considered.

In order to receive a full refund we ask that items be packaged in the original packing or equivalent condition.

Return costs are the buyer's responsibility and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be reimbursed once item is received by us and checked over for damage.

Please add the order number on the packaging so we can identify returned order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items. If you make a purchase at the current price available then see the price has dropped within the next days. We are not eligible to refund the difference. As we live in a ever changing competitive market we have to change our prices regularly from time to time. Please contact if you want to discuss further about pricing.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please bare in mind you may only be eligible for a part refund in some cases.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
